If they are a PeerJobs network memeber and refer a candidate to an open position and the person is then hired through Vikegear, the agent will receive a continuous referral payment as long as the person stays on the job. Thats true passive income.
A Recruiter is a contractor who knows someone looking for a job. If they are a PeerJobs network member and refer that person to an open job through an Agent, they will receive a continuous referral payment for the first 6 months that the person stays on the job. Again, passive income and a chance to help out a friend.
